Class Schedules and Registration:
Class schedules are based on many aspects such as interest, amount of students signed up for each class, and teacher availability. The Class Schedules are posted at Registration, which is typically held the last week of August. There is a $20 (per family) registration fee payable at the time of registration. At registration you will be required to fill out a Release and Waiver form for each student. These forms are necessary and this information must be available in case of an emergency.
Please bear with us for the first few weeks of classes in September as we assess and organize all of the classes to best meet the needs of all the students. If you feel that your child has been placed in the wrong class please contact us immediately.
It is our job as teachers to place each student into a class where their ability and unique talents will be recognized. With over 25 years of teaching experience and seven decades of knowledge passed down to us, we know the best level at which your child is performing. Trust Us!!
Due at time of Registration:
$20 per family
1st month tuition
Company students-$100 costume deposit and $100 Competition deposit
Dress Codes:
Some classes require a dress code, which is set by the dance teacher of that class. You will be informed at Registration if your child will be required to have certain dance attire for their class.
Please remember that we need to be able to visualize your child’s body as they perform many of the dance positions. This will enable us to make sure they are using proper technique. Therefore no baggy clothes, or street clothing such as jeans, are allowed for classes.
Most classes require a leotard, tights and the proper shoes. The dance clothing should be comfortable and allow the student to move freely.
Tuition Payments and Costume Payments:
Payment for each month is due on the first class of each month. Each family will be issued a Dance Payment Booklet . Preaddressed monthly payment envelopes for our 10 month tuition schedule as well as special envelopes for costume payments will be included. Please complete each envelope correctly. They may then be mailed to the studio or dropped directly into the payment box, which is located in the front entrance Lobby at the reception office window.
