Gym Show Newsletter

Date: June 5th, 2007

Location: Hampshire Regional High School

Time: 5:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday and Friday 4:00 p.m. classes ( Boys Included ) will
Perform in the first show from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.  Please arrive 1/2 hour early.

Tuesday 5:00, 6:00 and Companies = 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. show.
Please arrive 1/2 hour early.

Ticket prices = $8.00 = Adult
                           $6.00 = Senior Citizen and children under 12
Tickets will be available soon.

Attire Girls = New designed leotards, suntan tights and shoes optional.
Boys = White colored T-short and blue/black shorts
Companies = Black leotard any style and suntan tights(optional)

Squads = Each student will be deisgnated to a specific squad with a squad
leader.  The students will rotate and perform on each event.  They will be
spotted for safety purposes.  This will be a very informal show with a lot of
events going on at once.

Picture Day: Sunday June 3rd, 2007
Location = HSPA
The schedule of classes and times will be posted in the front lobby soon. 
Once again Greniers' will be the photographers.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes or more ahead of your scheduled times.  We always run this event
exactly on time and if you're late you will miss your picture!!!  Individual pictures are optional.

Video Taping and Cameras:
Since we are in the gymnasium and the show is very informal, you will be
allowed to video-tape and take pictures of your children during their
performance.  However for the safety of the students you can only take
pictures from your seats or from the sides of the gym.

Refreshments:
Food and drink will not be allowed in the gymnasium at any time.

Achievement Pins:
All achievement awards will be given out the last lesson before the gym show.  We will also hand out any "Special Awards" at that time.  Parents
please sign up your child according to how many years they have been here.
The sign up list is posted in the main lobby.  We now give out specific
colored pins for every year that you take dance or gymnastics.  Every year
represents a different color.  To purchase the in between years the cost is
$3.50.

Last Parents Day:
All parents should be present on the last day before the show.  May will be
the last Tuesday parents day and June 1st will be the last Fridays parents
day.  We will hand out student pins and go over last minute details regarding
the show on June 5th at HRHS.

Money Past Due:
Anyone that still owes class tuition will not be allowed to purchase tickets or
participate in the show until their bill is paid in full.  That includes one week
of June tuition for gymnastic students.  (June tuition = $7.00)
