ATTENTION COMPANY TEAMS
NEW PAYMENT RULES
2006/2007 SEASON

Due to the Large number of students with outstanding balances for tuition, costumes, competition fees, choreography and National Rehearsal fees still owed from the past season, we are now forced to follow through on
THE
"NO PAYMENT, NO PARTICIPATION"
POLICY.
Obviously this is not something we want to do. But unfortunately after struggling to keep our doors open trying to make ends meet, carrying so many students throughout the year, we have no choice. This is every other studio's policy which we will now have to implement as well. This is beyond difficult for us to do. We love all our students and are truly sad to be put in this situation. Please note that this applies to everyone from the Jade team up through the Diamond team. We can no longer make any exceptions. Sorry!!!!!!!!!
If you need to set up a monthly payment plan, please see us ASAP. We will do all we can to make it possible for all involved.

COMPETITION FEES: If all entry fees are not paid by the deadline, the student will not be able to participate in that particular competition. Group routines will either be temporarily re-choreographed without the student or an understudy will take their spot.

COSTUME FEES: If costumes have not been paid by the deadline, the student will risk the chance of being in the number, as individual late costume orders may not arrive on time and will cost an extra $25.00 for shipping and handling fees.

CHOREOGRAPHY FEES: If Choreography fees for the extra group numbers have not been paid by the deadline, the student will be replaced in the number.

MONTHLY TUITION: If all monthly tuition is not up to date, not only will the student's company team status be in jeopardy, but the monthly late fees will be applied and enforced.

NATIONAL REHEARSAL FEES: Many students sill owe this fee which will be tacked on to your current bills. These are very minimal fees to help defray the cost of studio rental, air conditioning, staff hours, etc.
