Private Lesson Info

  • Private Lessons are scheduled in time sessions of 60, 45, or 30 minutes.

  • All Payments are due in cash unless arrangements are made with teacher.

  • Choreography fees are due within 30 days from start of dance.

  • Payment is due at time of lesson.

  • Each student is responsible for signing their solo, duet, or trio up for competition. Student should have parental permission before doing so. It is also your responsibility to be aware of fees and deadlines and giving correct information to fill out forms.

  • No student will be entered for conventions or competitions if tuition, costume, or choreography payments are past due.

  • Students opinions are taken under consideration with both song and costume selection, with approval by the faculty, to ensure age appropriateness and suitability to the individual dancer.

  • Parents are allowed to view costume books with office permission and must be paid prior to ordering. In order to have a costume for January, it must be ordered by mid November.

  • Parents are welcome to view the last few minutes of a private lesson, but not the entire lesson as it tends to impede the students focus.

  •  Students are expected to practice on their own reviewing choreography each week. If a student continually forgets choreography they will be considered not ready to handle a solo.

  • When canceling a private lesson, please contact the teacher as soon as possible or you may be subject to paying the teacher for their time missed.
